Model edges in DWF/DWFx files are not represented by a line when created by Vault Job Processor and Inventor Server

Issue:

Users reported that model edges in DWF/DWFx files are not shown as a line in Vault Client when created by Job Processor and Inventor Server.
Therefore, the visualization differs from its origin in Inventor.

This incident is being investigated for a possible cause and resolution.

Workaround:

Use one of these methods to work around this issue:

Open DWF/x in Design Review

  1. Right-Click the preview in Vault Client and select "Open in Autodesk Design Review".

  1. In Design Review, switch to the "Shaded with Edges" view. This will represent the edges of the model with lines.

Switch Vault Job Processor to utilize full Inventor instead of Inventor Server
