"No active projects" when trying to access Autodesk Construction Cloud projects in the BIM 360 Mobile App

Issue:

When trying to access a project of the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform in the BIM 360 Mobile App, this message is displayed:

"No active projects"
"To create a project, go to BIM 360 website or ask your administrator to add you to an existing project."

Causes:

The BIM 360 Mobile App does not support projects on the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.

Solution:

To work with projects of the Autodesk Construction Cloud platform on-site, use the Autodesk Construction Cloud app, formerly known as PlanGrid Build Field app as below image.

To see all the cloud projects, use the different mobile applications:

For projects in BIM 360, use the BIM 360 app.
For projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), use the Autodesk Construction Cloud app.

Both apps are available for Android and iOS.
