Arnold Renderer download when trying to Access Twinmotion for Revit

Issue:

Users reported that when clicking the Access button for Twinmotion for Revit on Autodesk Account, the Arnold Renderer page opens instead.
 

Causes:

The search filter has been used on the Autodesk Account to find the product in the list of Products and Services, that unexpectedly leads to a different download page than the one for Twinmotion for Revit.

This incident has been reported to the Autodesk Product Team to take action.

Solution:

Use the following workaround to get to the Twinmotion for Revit addin download page:

Browse Instead of Search

Open your Autodesk Account and go to Products and Services.
  1. Clear your search.
  2. Scroll down to find Twinmotion for Revit in the list.
  3. Click Access.
