Flow Production Tracking RV doesn't output audio

Flow Production Tracking (formerly known as ShotGrid) RV doesn't output audio if media clip has audio.
Not getting any audio from my device with an Aja Kona 5 card in Flow Production Tracking RV.

Or in the RV preferences, untick "Output audio to this device" in the Video tab to route the Audio from the GPU to the speakers.
