Issue:

Too big utilization ratio for truss chord with correctly defined steel design parameters in Robot Structural Analysis.

Causes:

Truss supports not defined in nodes common for chord and diagonals. This type of supports results in significant bending moment in truss chord segments.

Solution:

Redefine truss supports. Define supports in diagonal end nodes (common for diagonal and truss chord). It reduces bending moments in truss chord.
