Toolbox Horizonal Alignment Report is Blank in Civil 3D

Issue:

Users reported that, in Toolspace > Toolbox > Report Manager > Alignment > executing the Horizonal Alignment Report, produces a mostly empty report, the Line, Curve, Spiral data is missing.
