Unable to access BIM 360 Glue host/project(s) from the BIM 360 tab in Navisworks

Issue:

When trying to access a BIM 360 Glue project using Navisworks Manage no projects are available to open. On the BIM 360 tab, the Select Project and Model fields are grayed out and no selection is available.

Greyed out Project and Model

The project cannot be access on the web platform either. 

Environment:

BIM 360 Glue

Causes:

  • Navisworks is out of date.
  • An add-in is conflicting with Navisworks BIM 360.
  • Insufficient permissions.

Solution:

Check the following:
  • Confirm permissions are set correctly with account administrator.
  • Install the latest updates for Navisworks and restart the machine.
  • Disable Navisworks add-ins.
