Unable to isolate a layer in AutoCAD products

When isolating a layer in an AutoCAD product, nothing happens. The other layers are still displayed slightly faded and locked.

When using the LAYISO command, the settings are set to "Lock and Fade".

To change the corresponding setting do the following:

Start the LAYISO command.
Click Settings.
Choose Off.
For the paper space choose Off as well, if it should follow the model space behavior.
