Using the scroll wheel on mouse scrolls project browser to end in Revit

Issue:

Users reported that when using the scroll wheel to navigate the Project Browser in Revit it would scroll immediately to the end of the Project Browser list and not scroll back up.  

Solution:

  1. Navigate to Windows Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse
  2. Change the "Roll the mouse wheel to scroll" setting to "Multiple lines at a time.
