How to Create and Customize Style Libraries in Inventor

This article provides a quick demonstration about how to create a Style Library and how to customize it. Style libraries are very useful to Mechanical Engineers working on drawings, containing many style types that can be defined and shared between users within a project.  They make it easier to customize the content, the appearance, as well as the organization of the drawing.

How to Create and Customize Style Libraries in Inventor

 

As a CAD Manager, you might want to share this library to users.

You can use Vault to do so, by creating a dedicated folder containing the libraries in your workspace, the same way it is done with templates.

If you don’t use Vault, you can share those libraries by copying the folder containing them in a shared network location and configure Inventor accordingly to look for those libraries.
