How to resolve the Missing dll message at the time of launching ArtCAM?

Problem

Following is the message which occurs at the time of launching ArtCAM, and does not allow proceeding and leads ArtCAM to shut or close the session;

Cause

If there are messages related to missing dll as shown in the above image at the time of launching software, it is most likely that the problem is due to unsuccessful registration of certain dlls of updates from Microsoft Redistributables.

Resolution

Please follow the steps below to resolve this problem;

Un-install ArtCAM completely.

Start installing the updates one by one from the folder here 

Install them with the following sequence;


vcredist_2005x86.exe
vcredist_2005x64.exe
vcredist_2008x86.exe
vcredist_2008x64.exe
vcredist_2010x86.exe
vcredist_2010x64.exe
vcredist_2012x86.exe
vcredist_2012x64.exe
vcredist_2013x86.exe
vcredist_2013x64.exe
vc_redist_2015x86.exe
vc_redist_2015x64.exe

At the time of installation, if you get the messages to repair certain update, please choose uninstall first and then re-install that particular *.exe or update.

Once the installation of redistributable is complete, restart the computer and then re-install ArtCAM.

This should resolve the referred problem.
