Software says the CMD key is being pressed when it is not. Flame 2019 on OS X.

Issue:

"please release CMD before continuing" is displayed sometimes.

Environment:

Mac OS X

Wacom Pro Tablet

Causes:

Flame supports the use of a Wacom tablet. Some Wacom driver versions cause CMD key errors when used with some software applications.

Solution:

Some Flame 2019 on OS X Mac users have found that Wacom driver 6.3.22-3 does not exhibit this problem.

The older driver can be downloaded directly from Wacom from the link below.

1) Disconnect the Wacom tablet.

2) Uninstall the old driver.

3) Reboot the Mac.

4) Install the 6.3.22-3 driver.

5) Re-connect the Wacom tablet.
