How to resolve basic Autodesk Account login issues

When accessing Autodesk products & services you will often be required to login with your Autodesk Account credentials. 

For example, when launching an Autodesk application you attempt to log-in, but the license type is incorrect presenting a trial version of the application.

To help resolve this issue, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Restart your computer
  2. Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall, VPN & UAC on your Windows operating system
  3. In the setting section of your browser, disable pop-up blockers and allow access to all "autodesk.com" sites (other sites may include)
  4. In the History section of your browser, "Clear browsing data" delete cookies, cache, and history
  5. Verify that the browser is updated
  6. Close and reopen the browser
  7. Close any instance of the Autodesk application
  8. Check & apply any Licensing & SSO updates avaliable in your Autodesk Account
  9. Browse to and delete the following folders:
  • Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Autodesk\Web Services 
  • Mac OS: Mac HD\Users\<PROFILE>\Library\Application Support\Autodesk\Web Services
  1. Restart your Autodesk application & login
