For normal operation, Forma needs to send network traffic to multiple domains and services. Learn how to make sure you’ve allowed traffic to all needed domains. Unfiltered internet access to the following domains is needed for you to use the product. If you’re using a proxy server, firewall, ad-blocker, or anti-virus software, it might interfere with normal operation of the product.
Issue
If you're not able to access the Forma product and/or can't reach our support, one of the reasons might be that Forma can't reach the required domains.
Diagnosing Forma Access Issues
An easy way to check is to try accessing the following 404 pages.
If your access to the applications primary frontend works, then you should see the following page.
Solution: Allow traffic to the following domains on port 443
If you are unable to open the pages mentioned above, the solution is to allow traffic to reach the list of domains listed below on port 445. In most cases this requires involvement from the IT department in your company.

Note: Firewalls may require special notation (for example, *.*.autodesk.com) to enable wildcards for these domains. Some domains have dynamic IP addresses, meaning the domains - not IP addresses - must be added as exceptions to firewalls or proxy servers.
