- WDWalter DopplmairWalter Dopplmair is responsible for the EMEA Territory Sales organization, which includes Mid-Market Sales, Territory sales, Channel and Technical teams across all industries in Europe, Middle East and Africa - Autodesk’s largest business geography. Prior to his current role, Walter led the EMEA mature Partner Management organization through an extensive period of business model transformation, moving from perpetual, on-premise solutions to a recurring subscription model. A bold innovator, he successfully executed an ambitious organizational plan to align with the evolving demands of the business and drive accelerated channel growth. Walter previously held several leadership roles within the Autodesk Channel organization in DACH, Eastern Europe, Italy and Iberia, including the management of the Manufacturing Channel in Central Europe, a region recognized as one of the world's largest manufacturing markets. Outside of work, you’ll find Walter enjoying family time with his wife and their two daughters, or pushing his limits on his mountain bike in the Austrian mountains near his home.

Roland is recognized for his commitment to the growth and development of his teams, inspiring salesforces to transform customer visions into reality. His laser focus on strategy execution, combined with his economic and market trend expertise, enable his teams and customers to seize upon opportunities to make and influence the future. Roland’s early fascination with technological advancements led him to begin his professional career at the University of Munich as a CAD software developer. His passion for tech has since developed into an impressive leadership career in the software industry while staying true to his mantra of “never stop learning”. He recently completed his Post-Graduate Diploma at Oxford in Global Business and continues to lecture Entrepreneurship at the University of Munich.
- Nikolay DubovitskiyNikolay has over 20 years of business development experience with a successful track record with such companies as IBM, Microsoft, SAP and Bentley, where he held senior management positions. Nikolay holds an MBA in business strategy from the Open University of Great Britain and earned his MSc in Engineering (CAD / CAM / CAE) from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
