Before joining PVcase, he gained 23 years of expertise in instructional design, gamification, eLearning development, and curriculum design, with experience at top companies like Blizzard Entertainment, Bioware, Electronic Arts, Bethesda, and more. He leads the design and development of the PVcase Product Suite training and oversees the strategic direction of the company's education program and the PVcase Academy. This involves refining the processes and procedures to improve the onboarding experience for students, universities, and research institutes.
- Becky BurnsBecky is an accomplished Program Manager with a background in engineering and sustainability. Currently at Autodesk, she leads cross-functional initiatives to drive sustainability integrations, collaborating with sales, customer success, and product teams. Her previous roles span the automotive industry, where she excelled in program and project management at companies like NIO USA, Kongsberg Automotive, and ZF North America. Becky holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and is known for her strategic thinking and leadership in complex projects.
- MMManuel MaierManuel is a Project Manager and Engineer in Enery Development GmbH, a European independent power producer headquartered in Vienna, Austria, where he manages solar, wind and battery projects across the Central and Eastern European market. He studied electrical engineering and renewable energy and began his professional career in O&M performing data analytics for utility-scale photovoltaic power plants prior making his change to engineering. Next to his role in Enery, Manuel teaches the course "Solar Power Plant - Design & Engineering" as a part-time lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences in Upper Austria. His focus lies on helping students understand the basics of photovoltaic engineering using market-standard tools and preparing them for the practical challenges in the industry's future.
