- Geoffrey TearsGeoffrey is a Senior Solutions Specialist at Symetri US (Formally Microdesk). In his time at Symetri US he has worked on many diverse projects and client engagements. Geoffrey has expertise in many realms including Architectural Design, BIM, Computational Design, Visualization, GIS, Sustainable Design and Analysis, and Building Lifecycle Analysis.
- Luc WingLuc is a Solutions Specialist at Microdesk, focusing on sustainable analysis platforms and workflows. Over the past five years since obtaining his Autodesk Building Performance Analysis (BPA) Certification, he has made it his mission to promote integration of sustainable mindsets and solutions as part of the BIM process and throughout the life-cycle of a project. Luc has worked with a wide range of architectural, engineering, and construction management clients on Revit modeling, construction documentation, training, and energy analysis. He has provided support for firms participating in the Architecture 2030 initiative, has conducted whole building analysis including heat gain, cooling loads, daylighting, solar, and wind, and has presented at Autodesk University. As part of the Sustainability Team at Microdesk, Luc develops workflows and documentation for our team, while helping our clients make informed design decisions that lead to better building performance. Luc is skilled in a host of software including Revit, Navisworks, Insight, and Bluebeam, is a Revit Certified Professional and is a certified Building Performance Analyst. He holds an Associates Degree in Architectural Drafting Engineering and Design from the Central New Mexico Community College.
- Clarke MorrisonAs a Senior AE Solutions Consultant, I work with our biggest clients on a strategic level, helping align business goals with design technology initiatives. I bring the industry-wide perspective from working with all types of design firms across the country, and act as an advisor for executive leadership and design technology leadership. Part of my role includes putting together strategies and scopes for design tech initiatives geared towards process improvement and new capabilities. A few specialty areas that I help clients with, are exploring ways to connect decarbonization goals with design technology (BIM) and pursuing state-funded grants for training.
- Eve LinWith over 15 years of experience in the AECO industry, Eve Lin is a strategic consultant and sustainability advocate at Symetri, committed to empowering sustainable practices through cutting-edge digital technologies. Her expertise in building information modeling, data governance, performance simulation, automation, and BIM-GIS integration drives innovative solutions for enhanced project workflow and performance. Eve's passion for developing digital twin solutions and integrating AI breaks common industry barriers. By addressing the holistic considerations of the project lifecycle, she catalyzes the transformation of the AECO industry toward a sustainable future.
