昨今、設計ミスや施工不良等の多発により、工事等の品質低下への懸念される中、建築物の品質や性能を向上させ業務効率を改善する目的で、設計、施工から、維持管理まで、建物のライフサイクルにおけるさまざまなフェーズで、単一のBIMモデルに蓄積された情報を活用、共有、管理することが推進されています。 その一環で、BIMモデルの現地持ち込みと表示手段の一つとして、iPadなどのタブレットを使ったARやHoloLens 2などのスマートグラスを使ったMRの導入検討が進みつつあります。 AR/MR技術を使って現場にBIMモデルを実寸表示することで、施工前・施工中に作業内容の理解を促したり、現物とBIMモデルを重ねて表示することで施工後のチェックを行うことができます。 本トークではどのような手順でRevitデータを企画～施工、維持管理の用途でAR/MRを活用できるのか、Revitモデルの準備方法から外部サービスを使ったデータ変換、目的に適ったAR/MR表示のノウハウ、BIM360連携について紹介いたします。
