- Matthew KeenMatt Keen is a Construction Industry Strategist at Autodesk. His primary remit is to identify and provide insight into the key construction markets for Autodesk and ensure that the market requirements are translated into actionable plans for the wider Autodesk team. Leading the development of Autodesk’s construction strategy, Matt’s focus is on ensuring that Autodesk’s portfolio of construction products and solutions enable their customers to achieve their desired business outcomes. He is a passionate advocate of driving digital in the Construction Industry and has previously worked with many of the UK and Europe’s largest contractors in defining their digital transformation strategies. Before Autodesk, Matt worked for the contractor Willmott Dixon and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
- BOBill OklandBill Okland is the CEO of Okland Construction, is responsible for the overall operations of the 106-year-old family-owned company. As a fourth-generation owner, Bill has been instrumental in the company's success for more than 25 years, becoming CEO in 2010. Growing up in Utah, Bill earned a degree in Business from the University of Utah. However, his journey in construction started much earlier—he literally grew up in the industry, working at Okland from age 14 through college. Bill has played roles throughout all aspects of the company including laborer, apprentice carpenter, job cost accountant, estimator, project engineer, and project manager. In 1998, Bill made Arizona his permanent home, with a vision to expand Okland's presence in the region. At the time, the Arizona office had just 10 to 20 team members and was competing fiercely for projects. Under Bill's leadership, the office has grown to nearly 500 team members, making Okland one of the leading construction companies in the area. Since becoming CEO in 2010, the company has experienced 100% organic revenue growth, from $546 million to $1.8 billion annually. Today, Okland Construction operates offices in Arizona, Utah, Idaho, and Hawaii. Despite this expansion, Bill remains committed to delivering remarkable experiences for owners, designers, trade partners, and team members alike. He aims to make Okland one of the most sought-after companies in the industry, known for building highly qualified teams capable of executing complex, high-profile projects. Bill doesn't see himself as a typical CEO. He values collaboration, continuous learning, and a commitment to improving both the construction industry and the experiences of those within it. His passion for the company is clear in his dedication to every project, team member, and relationship. He champions Okland's core value of maintaining a small company feel while utilizing large company resources.
- RKRaghu KuttyAs the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Power Design, Raghu Kutty leads the technology strategy, managing both internal IT operations and the creation of innovative technology solutions for customers. Raghu oversees a dynamic IT department comprising over 120 professionals, including 60 technical designers who specialize in low voltage, fire alarm, and DAS construction design. Raghu's role involves driving operational efficiency and technological innovation within the organization and in the solutions delivered to clients. As a member of the executive steering committee, Raghu actively contributes to the enterprise's value and vision. Under Raghu's leadership, the teams have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Digital Edge 50, CIO 100, and multiple Constructech Vision Awards.
- RWRoger WahlRoger is spearheading Innovo Group's Digital Transformation Program, where he is revolutionizing business processes through enhanced automation, robust cybersecurity measures, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Digital Twin. This transformation is not only building powerful data and analytics capabilities but also driving significant improvements in productivity, sustainability, and safety for over 12,000 employees and contractors. It is also creating substantial new technology revenue streams for Innovo. Prior to Innovo, Roger led the digital transformation of two major global engineering and construction firms, setting new industry benchmarks in technology, cyber defense, operational productivity, sustainability, and innovation execution. With over 30 years of distinguished global technology leadership, Roger has made a lasting impact across multiple industries and regions. At GE, he led several Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects that significantly enhanced manufacturing and technology operations within GE Energy and Aviation. During his service in the United States Air Force, Roger deployed and operated Airborne Warning and Control Systems (AWACS) to provide critical situational awareness and manage enemy actions during joint operations. He also played a key role in establishing the first U.S. data center in Doha, Qatar. Roger is passionate about the ongoing revolution in real estate and the disruption in construction, both of which are reaching unprecedented levels. He actively collaborates with global venture capitalists and startups across the real estate lifecycle to create safer, more productive, and sustainable industry outcomes, as well as smarter buildings and communities that enhance quality of life. Roger holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida, USA.
