Revitでも設計プロセスでも、作図やモデリングに多くの時間と労力を費やしています。自社開発したアドオンプログラム「AReX-Style」を使って設計プロセスの効率化を行います。基本計画(LOD100)、基本設計(LOD200)、実施設計(LOD300)の各プロセスでの活用とシームレスなプロセスを実現。 図面リストの90%を自動モデル化に対応。入力作業の80%を削減し、仕様変更による作業を30%削減します。 2か月かかったRevitのモデルと図面化を2週間で対応できます。自動モデル化は、人の経験や知識に因らず事前に決めたルールや仕様からモデル化するため間違いのない「きれいなモデル化」を実現し理想的な建築情報化モデルを構築することができます。

東 山際I have a wide range of experience working as an architectural design and BIM professional for design offices, General contractors and developers. BIM Architects was established with the goal of changing architecture and building industry with a new style by developing and putting into practice the “new way of design” that is made possible by using smart BIM processes. Currently, I am mainly engaged in design work and consulting work using BIM and providing BIM support for multiple design firms and contractors. ゼネコン、アトリエ系設計事務所、組織設計事務所、デベロッパーと、建築に関わる立場の違いを経験する。BIMにより見えてきた“新しい設計のかたち”を検証、実践することで、建築業界を新しいスタイルで変えることを目標とし、BiM Architectsを設立した。 現在は、BIMを利用した設計業務とコンサルティング、BIM支援を中心とした業務を行っている。
