提纲： 1. 相较于老基建，新基建的重点在哪里？如何实现新基建的效益最大化？新基建的实施路径。 2. CIM（城市信息模型）已成为智慧城市未来发展趋势和不可或缺的一部分，“CIM引擎”加速新基建升级，快速搭建数字孪生 为城市管理智慧加速。 3. Autodesk Forge 平台赋能CIM实现智慧建筑的数据互联（如空调、消防、给排水、供配电等建筑智能化子系统）：数据管理、数据提取、数据转换、解决方案。 4. CIM在新基建中探索和应用：赋能建造、技术架构、数据发展、应用介绍。 课程内容有望帮助智慧城市框架下的各行各业较好的应用CIM技术。 通过“模型+数据”、“时间+空间”等技术手段，在技术层面跨领域进行多源数据融合，打通数据壁垒，依托数据及算法，将“智慧”赋能产业领域。并通过平台提供的标准化服务，降低合作伙伴使用门槛，缩短落地周期。CIM在新基建的探索及应用将包括以下内容：1）数字建造：利用BIM和云计算、大数据、物联网、移动互联网、人工智能等信息技术引领产业转型升级。着重关注建造行业全生命周期，进而达到提质、降本、增效的目的。2）数模融合：基于CIM引擎，将GIS、BIM等2D/3D模型与IoT设备信息、行业工艺、业务数据等进行互联互通、深度融合，通过各子系统间互动，达到“时空数据全息图”效果。3）数据AI应用：模拟、延伸和扩展人的感观和智能。通过越来越强大的算据、算法、算力、实现及超越人的学习、推理、思考、规划能力。如预测、诊断、自动控制、智能决策等。
