You now have access to a new summary section at the top of your Autodesk account homepage, which highlights real-time data for all teams you manage, helping you quickly assess user assignments, usage trends, and case management to gauge overall account health. Surfacing this key account information helps you identify potential issues and act on them quickly to improve satisfaction and efficiency.
A new hubs page in your account lets you see and access all your hubs in one place to understand the hubs connected to your teams.
The guided setup module in your account includes a new user verification status section, highlighting users who still need to verify their accounts. By seeing a list of unverified users and following up with them, you can reduce the average time between invitation and first use to maximize your software spend. The list displays users for 30 days after your initial purchase so you can confirm email addresses, follow up with unverified users, or resend invitations if they have expired. After 30 days, you can go to User Management > By User to see a user’s account status.
The upgraded subscriptions and contracts experience in your Autodesk account will simplify the management of your active subscriptions and contracts. This includes a streamlined view, along with new alerts for payment errors, renewals, and expiring subscriptions, to provide you with an improved, user-friendly experience for managing your business. More improvements will be added throughout the year to make managing your subscriptions even easier.
You can now view and unassign inactive and infrequent users directly within your usage report, saving significant time by eliminating the need to navigate to user management to unassign users. You can evaluate which end users are inactive during a desired time-period by using the custom date picker. In conjunction, use the last accessed date and sort on the days used or monthly average columns to pinpoint infrequent users that may be candidates for unassigning.
A new workflow across all plans identifies inactive users within a customizable time period and notifies you. The notification prompts you to review the user’s subscription and re-assign their access if necessary to help you make the most of your software spend.
You can now view the most recently assigned date and, if applicable, the most recently unassigned date in your usage report export and, for Premium customers, the Premium reporting API. The new data helps you make smarter licensing decisions by offering valuable context when reviewing usage patterns.
Premium admins can now use personal access tokens (PAT) as part of the Premium API reporting authentication process. By eliminating the need for username and password, Premium admins can access tokens more easily without compromising security. This also provides secure access for third-party development resources, if needed.
You can view and search a clear log of who made changes and when, including when an admin invites and adds a user, assigns or unassigns a product to a user, or deletes a user from a team.
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) products are included in your account seat usage reporting and the usage report, allowing you to use reports to better understand ACC product usage patterns and reassign product subscriptions from infrequent users to maximize value.
The usage report UI and export now display group names along with usage and license information for single-user subscriptions and Flex, allowing you to understand product usage patterns by groups to make informed decisions and confidently manage product assignments. Assigning products to entire groups (using default assignments) can increase costs, so it’s important for you to review usage data by group and fine-tune product assignments.
Through Autodesk Access, you can now enable users to self-install updates, even without install permissions, reducing reliance on you for updates and rollouts.
New features streamline your Flex token management by allowing you to purchase tokens directly from the balances tab, track tokens expiring within 90 days, and gain detailed insights into token activity. These enhancements simplify token acquisition and provide clear visibility into usage patterns.
