With the leg, you can take the same approach as you did with the arm,
00:08
just use the value in each joint's translate
00:11
Y attribute to get the initial leg length.
00:14
But make sure you add in that extra joint.
00:17
Now I'm not gonna go through the process of
00:19
building that all again because like I said,
00:21
it's very similar to the arm.
00:23
So what I'm going to do now is I will update that and I will be back in a second.
00:29
OK? All the limbs are now set up with full squash and stretch abilities.
00:36
The spine is working too.
00:39
There are a few things I need to point out before we move on.
00:43
If you open the node editor on this file,
00:46
you will see that I've added these extra tabs.
00:49
So you can see each section's network and are able to pick through it.
00:55
Let's look at the arm.
00:57
So with this, make sure you also connect the twist joints too.
01:01
So they scale as the arm stretches
01:04
with the upper arm joints don't add volume preservation
01:08
into these or it will look too thin.
01:11
You can however, add it into the twist joints
01:16
with the legs also include the twist joints
01:19
and also remember
01:21
to connect the driver joints too.
01:23
All the legs won't stretch correctly.
