a subset or selected sheets in the set.

00:24
transmit a subset, right, click the subset
00:28
to transmit individual sheets.
00:30
You could press control, select the sheets and then right click.
00:35
But even this is quite flexible,
00:38
right, click the sheet set title and choose e transmit
00:42
the program displays the create transmittal dialogue.
00:47
This is the same dialogue that you see when
00:49
you start the transmit tool from the application menu.

But in this case, you see all of the sheets in the sheet set.
00:58
The dialogue has three tabs,

the sheets tab lists the sheets to be included in the transmittal package
01:06
since you had right, clicked the sheet set title,
01:09
all the sheets are selected
01:11
but you can easily remove sheets by clearing their check boxes.
01:17
When you switch to the files tree tab,
01:20
you see the files to be included in the transmittal package.
01:23
The list shows the actual sheet drawings and the
01:27
sheet set files which include the sheet set,
01:30
data file, the DS T file
01:33
and the sheet set, template file. The DWT file,
01:37
you can expand any of these to see other files referenced by those files.
01:44
You could also click the add file button
01:47
to add other files to the transmittal package.
01:50
In addition to those that are already part of the sheet set.
01:56
When you switch to the files table tab, you see the same information,
02:01
but now it is displayed as simply a list of
02:04
all the files to be included in the transmittal package.
02:08
Again, the add file button is available.
02:10
If you want to add other files to the transmittal,
02:15
switch back to the sheets tab.
02:19
The area labeled enter notes to include with this transmittal package
02:23
provides a space where you can enter notes related to the transmittal package.
02:29
The notes are included in the transmittal report.
02:32
You can specify a template of default notes
02:36
to be included with all your transmittal packages
02:39
by creating an asy
02:40
text file called
02:42
transmit dot txt.
02:46
That file must be saved to a location
02:48
specified by the support file, search path option on the files tab.
02:53
In the options dialogue,
02:57
the program comes with a default transmittal setup named standard.
03:03
In the select a transmittal setup group box,
03:06
you can select the standard transmittal setup or
03:09
any other transmittal setup you have previously created.
