When migrating from InfoAsset Planner to Info360 Asset, there are a couple of ways to move your spatial data.

In this example, you use the publisher tool in InfoAsset Planner to export spatial data to ArcGIS Online,

and then import the data into Info360 Asset.

To conduct this process, you need admin permissions in the Info360 Asset tenant and an ArcGIS Online account.

With your InfoAsset Planner project opened in ArcMap, sign in to your ArcGIS Online account.

From the File menu, select ArcGIS Online.

In the popup, click Sign in, enter your login credentials, and then click Sign In again.

Close the ArcGIS Online popup.

From the InfoAsset Planner toolbar, click Publish InfoAsset Planner Data.

This tool shows all project data that can be published online as a hosted feature layer.

For this example, make sure that the External Data Table is selected.

In the Reference Field popup, click New, and then select the shapefile to publish.

In this example, the Streets shapefile is selected.

Confirm the path, then click OK.

In the AGOL Feature Service Name field, enter a name, such as “IAP_Streets”, and then click Publish Selected Data.

Once you see the message that the publishing is finished, you can sign in to your ArcGIS Online account to verify.

From a browser window, navigate to arcgis.com and sign in with your credentials.

The resulting feature layer can be found under Content > My Content, as well as on the Gallery tab.

You can now import this spatial data shapefile into Info360 Asset.

In Info360 asset, click Admin. Switch to the Integration tab, and verify that the Status is set to Enabled.

To import the shapefile, click the Data icon, and then, from the Spatial Data tab, click New Import.

Set the Layer Name to Streets and the Data Source to Integration (with the name of your integration).

Click Select Layer, and from the list, select your integration—in this case, “IAPStreets”.
