Pence/Kelly’s expertise in structural concrete work spans the construction industry spectrum, from small tilt-up or foundation packages to multi-million dollar elevated structures. Their team has built both simple warehouses and complicated research facilities. They have exceeded client expectations for excellence in concrete throughout California, Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Some of the challenges as follows such as collaboration issue, huge project area to be modeled in a limited time frame; required to create many families for execution, able to shop drawing submissions as per tight schedule, able to grid coordination issues for the separate building, three buildings were part of the same project, making the file size larger and complex to handle, the short time frame for model submission and challenging to coordinate buildings as the admin building connected CCO-5 and CCO-6. 

1. Ensure a high quality of modelling and documentation.
2. Clean shop drawings for the site while maintaining aesthetic and all the Pence/Kelly drawing standards.
3. Raising RFI's if the issue is not resolved in the Weekly Review Meeting and provide the best possible solution for any Clash or constructability issues.
4. Coordination of the site work for building outer wall and cement panel assembly.
5. Equipment pad details for water tank and gen yard areas.
6. Mock-up drawings for structural specifications.
7. Different color codes for various openings and blockouts.

1. Worked easily in the Cloud server without issue using Autodesk BIM 360 model sharing. 
2. Created various types of detailing work like slab edge, thickened slab, sloped slabs, etc., with the help of Autodesk Revit Family. Since we generated the families of slab edge type and thickened slab earlier, resulting in lesser time consumption and smooth resolution of problems. 
3. We used Pence Kelly templates and in-house add-ins to develop the shop drawing quickly. 
4. Raised issue in the coordination meeting with Pence Kelly. 
5. Divided the project into three buildings - Admin, CCO-5 & CCO-6 for better execution and coordination. 
6. As the CCO-6 building was the flip and rotate version of CCO-5, we first modeled CCO-5. Afterward, flip and rotated it for the CCO-6. Smarter process management helped save a lot of execution time. 
7. Raised issues in the coordination meeting and discussed them with the client. We also marked the areas that were clashing. As a result, GC created a new set of drawings to remove issues and greatly appreciated the value delivered by Pinnacle Infotech Solutions.

The outcomes, with the help of Autodesk Revit, we are able to provide more quality output with less effort. Next, we are now able to increase work efficiency, saving 40% time. Lastly, flawless collaboration among stakeholders, reduced errors, and improved building performance. 

The client was quite impressed as we could meet every deadline without compromising project efficiency and efficacy.
