Success Story
Haytek Makina is a part production company and they produce 3D metal parts for their customers needs. Their current CNC programming method is manually programming and it only works with simple parts and just their 3 axis CNC machine. The plan was to have a C/Y axis turning machine to offer the customers machine turning parts too. They were sure that manual programming would not be enough on complex 3 axis parts and C/Y axis turning parts.
Manual programming the parts takes longer programming time and includes user mistakes and disrupts the parts. Having a CADCAM software may help to shorten programming times and unwanted breakdowns and mistakes.
In one platform, the solution from Autodesk Fusion 360 answered all customers needs at once. Importing all types of CAD data files, CAD modelling and manufacturing was what the customers needed. Answering all of this on a same screen was impressive for the customer.
The customer was using manual programming before. After Autodesk Fusion 360 and its trainings, the customer now has faster programming times. They can easily program both 3 axis and C/Y turning machines. They can reach the right part at first trial and without breakdown. This gives the shorter delivery times to the customer. Programming of turning and milling parts are now easier then ever.
"Working with this software and the OguSoft Teknoloji experience helped us switch manual programming to CAD CAM usage." -Gurcan Akca, Production Manager

DED Build of a Fuel Tank
Intecro Robotics had the knowledge for the building of robot cells. However, Directed Energy Deposition (DED), a 3D printing method which uses a focused energy source, is a significant new area for the company with their robot manufacturing process and a challenge for the market.
Cutting an Impeller Model Easily and Fast on a 5-axis CNC Machine
Aksa Makine company produces complex parts for defense and mold making companies with more than two 5-axis CNC machines. Their existing software took too much time to calculate and create these complex tool paths that were needed. When they received a new order that consisted of making impellers in different shapes and sizes, the customer started to look into a better software solution.
Manufacturing Wood Cutting Tools with Autodesk Fusion 360 with Autodesk PowerMill
Mefsan Tools company produces various type of woodcutting tools for woodworking and other industries. They established in 2021 and based in Ankara, Turkey. For a while, this young company looked for an advanced manufacturing solution for their production demands. Most of their parts were very complicated and should be machined within a tight tolerance and precision. Also the software they purchased should include both turning and milling capabilities.
