Customer challenge

The real growth spurt came after the acquisition in 2008 by the listed conglomerate Aalberts Industries. The extra capital and the large worldwide network of Aalberts opened the doors for Henco Industries internationally. "That's right", says Jill Gielis, "Since 2008 we have grown significantly every year. But that also has a downside. Each department had its own system and culture.
