In this class, a panel of experts from Autodesk will share tips and tricks to help you become more productive, and also answer questions from the audience about real-time problems. If you are currently battling a problem at your office, this is the class for expert advice. The class will start with a brief presentation to introduce the support organization, the speakers, and the current customer-support options. Attendees will be able to log questions before the class so that the experts can research and provide accurate answers. There will also be dedicated time for attendees to ask questions that were not submitted beforehand. Panel experts include members of the technical support, QA, and licensing teams.
