- KCKen ChanWhen I first started working in the industry, I was working on TRS-80s, which I soon graduated to programming COBOL on Wang VS Minicomputers. After 4 years or so, I transitioned to working with Novell Netware. After a while, I transitioned to working on Cisco Routers and Switches. All the while, I wrote programs to aid my work, such as preparing Cisco IOS scripts to manage multi location switches and routers. Started working for Autodesk in 2001 and today I spend a lot of my time, working on Install and delivery related testing.
- Cheryl BuckGreetings Community! I am happy to be in the forums with you. I am a Technical Support Specialist here at Autodesk supporting AutoCAD Mechanical, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD LT. My work history has been diverse, including drafting storm-water treatment structures, creating technical illustrations for aerospace maintenance manuals, and building and testing as a mechanical engineering technician. While I have enjoyed working with the major solid modeling programs, my preference and proficiency has always been with the AutoCAD family and I truly enjoy sharing that experience and knowledge with others. I always seem to have a number of art and design projects in the works, as well as a couple hobby cars (currently a conversion van and a Triumph Spitfire). I choose my travel destinations based on unique foods and experiences, and am lucky to call the Pacific Northwest home, as it has an abundance of both. I look forward to seeing you in the community!
