At AECOM we're embracing automation, and we're doing so at SCALE! This session will dive deep into the detail of how we set up our global "Automation Factory,” an internal program that will create dozens of automation tools to be used across the whole of our global business. This will include how to identify what opportunities to pursue versus which to pass on, how to create tools that are usable by the masses instead of the few, and what tools, technologies, and partners you need to help make these efforts a success. If you're creating tools, leading digital transformation efforts, or if you just want to know more about how to automate successfully at scale, this class is for you.
