- AWAaron WagnerAaron Wagner is the Autodesk Construction Director for U.S. CAD, An ARKANCE Company. Aaron specializes in BIM and CAD, including research, development, implementation, training, and customer support for Autodesk Construction Solutions, with nearly 20 years of design and construction experience. Aaron has worked for some of the largest design and construction firms in the world during his distinguished career.
- Brooks SmytheBrooks Smythe is a Solutions Consultant for Construction at U.S. CAD, An AKRANCE Company, and has more than 21 years of construction industry experience. He spent the first part of his career in the supply chain industry and in the field. Also, he worked in sales for large equipment providers and leading window manufacturers, held his General and Industrial Contractors license, and managed projects throughout the Gulf Coast. For the past 11 years, Brooks shifted his focus to construction technology, providing sales, implementation, and consulting services, spending the majority of his time learning how clients achieve success and how he can help them facilitate their desired outcomes.
- Troy GatesTroy Gates brings more than 25 years of industry experience in his role as the Director of Innovation at U.S. CAD. Mr. Gates began his career in several CAD and engineering roles where he was responsible for CAD/BIM standards and training, Revit implementation strategies, and client support. In many of his roles, he helped bridge the gap between design and IT, providing network infrastructure recommendations and collaborating with IT Managers on design technology-related projects. As a result, Mr. Gates often led his company’s design and BIM technology efforts, including creation and deployment of BIM standards and libraries, model collaboration, and BIM execution plans. Mr. Gates joined U.S. CAD after having led Design Technology teams at several AEC firms in Southern California. Additionally, Mr. Gates also develops add-ins for Revit and is well versed in Dynamo.
- Dorota BacalDorota leads the sustainability portfolio of ARKANCE in the ANZ region. She helps our customers design and build with sustainability in mind and solve the net-zero challenges that they face. She supports our customers in growing their internal proficiency within the sustainability space to meet the expectations of the decarbonizing market. Throughout her career, Dorota has supported numerous Australian and global large energy users and greenhouse gas emitters in designing their sustainability strategies and developing action plans to achieve Net Zero. Her dedication to empowering organizations in the pursuit of sustainability has positioned her as a sought-after advisor in the field. Dorota is a registered emissions accountant with expertise in sustainability, renewables, and energy efficiency. She holds a doctorate degree in renewable energy from Monash University, a Bachelor's and Master's in applied physics engineering from the University of Rzeszow, and a Postgraduate Certificate in sustainable business management from the University of Cambridge.
