Description

Who hasn’t had this situation—receiving data from a planning partner who’s also using AutoCAD Architecture software or AutoCAD MEP software and content that should be added doesn’t display. Or, content that is displayed doesn’t look like you expect, or doesn’t meet the firm’s graphical design standards. So, where should you start the modifications, and, more importantly, how do you apply them? The class will walk through how to navigate through the swamp of settings that are possible within the Display Manager, showcasing its possibilities and perks. We’ll explain an effective workflow when starting from scratch, or when dealing with data coming from an outside source who’s also working with AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD MEP, without losing what others might have defined.

Key Learnings

  • Discover the Display Manager
  • Learn how to navigate Display Manager
  • Experience hands-on examples and learn how to deal with them
  • Learn some tips and tricks

After I studied Architecture and got my diploma, I started off as an Architect. Gaining experience as a customer I transitioned into Technical Support for a CAD software in the construction business in 2012. I joined Autodesk in 2018. Aside from solving puzzles/issues on a daily basis as a profession, I very much enjoy traveling all around the world and experiencing different cultures first hand.

Hi! My name is Tiana, I am a Community Program Manager at Autodesk. Prior to being a Program Manager, I was a Community Manager and Technical Support Specialist here at Autodesk. Before joining Autodesk, I was working in the aerospace industry as a designer and drafter. I really enjoy helping people and learning new things, which is what brought me here to Autodesk. When I am not working, I love to travel, cook and read. If I am not doing one of those I am probably outside. I try to get outside as much as I can, which can be tough being from New England! Please feel free to tag me in posts or PM me with questions or concerns regarding the Community!
