URS Corporation is a global, multidisciplinary firm; therefore, it could not take the approach of using a single process or standard to fit all. The aim of this round table is to illustrate how URS develops a structured approach within URS in order to deliver discipline processes and standards that have helped the firm (and its disciplines) to make more informed decisions regarding technology approaches, to drive consistency in the disciplines, and to decide how to enable global work-share capabilities as part of the corporate overall strategy.
