Update layout fields to reflect scale and author changes

Update layout title block fields after changing the viewport scale and adding an author to the drawing properties.

Switch to the D size layout.

Here you see a bordered sheet with a standard T block as

well as a Viewport that contains a view of the floor plan

zoom into the lower right corner of the title block.

Here you can see several fields that were added

to track information in the title block.

Select the Viewport border

on the status bar.

You can see that the Viewport scale is currently set to one quarter inch equals 1 ft

since the floor plan does not fit inside the viewport at this scale,

unlock the viewport

and then change its scale to 1/8 inch equals 1 ft

zoom out.

Verify that the floor plan now fits inside the viewport

and then lock the viewport,

The field in the drawn by area currently displays a sequence of four
