You can use the continue option to place another angular dimension

to measure the next consecutive angle.

Right click and select continue from the shortcut menu.

The program prompts you to select the first extension line origin to continue,

select the upper angular dimension extension line.

The program then prompts you to specify the second extension line origin

snap to the center of the next circle on the right.
