Reset Desktop Connector using the Reset Utility.

It is important to ensure your local workspace data is synced to the cloud prior to performing this process.

First, to find the utility on your local drive, in File Explorer, navigate to Program Files > Autodesk > Desktop Connector > Reset.

Scroll down the list until you find ResetDesktopConnector.exe.

This is the Reset Utility.

Double-click it to start the utility and review the available options.

In the console window that opens, there are 3 options.

Type 3 to Cancel, and the utility closes.
