The project with Buenos Aires City Hall was a public project with many stakeholders and time/budget constraints. The Barrio 31 neighborhood was built with no regulation, so surveying the site through traditional methods would have taken 4 to 6 months and a team of 20+ architects.

Mejoramiento del Barrio 31 en Buenos Aires
El proyecto con la Municipalidad de Buenos Aires fue un proyecto público con muchas partes interesadas y limitaciones de tiempo/presupuesto.Barrio 31 se construyó sin regulación, por lo que medir el sitio con métodos tradicionales hubiera llevado de 4 a 6 meses y un equipo de más de 20 arquitectos.El primer desafio fue la falta de recursos propios, falta de conocimientos tecnicos, y recursos tecnologicos en la entidad correspondiente.Trata de un barrio carenciado de la ciudad de BS AS, con 6.500 viviendas del barrio 31, con inconvenientes de seguridad y mortalidad infantal muy alta, por lo que necesitaban ser renovadas y unificadas de tal manera que los frentes de las fachadas sean integradas. Se necesitaba ejecutar en corto plazo de tiempo, con ajustados limites de tiempo.Se realizó un escaneo láser, se construyeron modelos Revit de las casas y se aplicó una mejora de diseño a los modelos de condición existentes, utilizando los productos de Autodesk.
