AU 2022 Highlights for Building Design & Engineering
Buildings can’t just be beautiful. They must also be safe, comfortable, resilient, sustainable, economically viable, and they must comply with relevant codes and regulations. This is where structural engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and other building design and engineering professionals make their mark.
AU 2022 is the place to connect with your fellow professionals and advance your industry together. Registration for AU 2022 is open. From mainstage events to small group meetups, you’ll find many ways to spark your creativity, harness innovation, and rethink what’s possible. Check out these AU 2022 highlights for building design and engineering pros:
General Sessions and industry keynotes

Beyond the classroom
In addition to all the great learning content, there will be other ways to connect with your community at AU 2022, like:
- Meetups—Make a personal connection, share tips and best practices, find out how your peers are handling disruption, and build your network through personal support. There are many options for building design and engineering pros, like the AEC Meetup, the Industrialized Construction Meetup, and the Design Smart Meetup: Create, Analyze, and Iterate with Revit and Spacemaker.
- Activities and receptions—It’s important to take time out to have fun, too. From unwinding in the Expo to the Dynamo Community Celebration, there will be plenty of ways to have fun at AU 2022.
- Architecture, Building Engineering & Civil Infrastructure Industry Zone—Discover how new digitized approaches are enabling better buildings that are more efficient and more sustainable and meet the teams responsible for transforming the industry.
