Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Sessions at AU 2022

Increasing diversity, promoting inclusion, and creating greater equity isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s an effective way to unleash creativity, power new ideas, and fuel business growth. Study after study proves that improving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in a company improves its bottom line. It’s also how we create a more just world.

At AU 2022, professionals from all over the world will come together to connect and tackle the biggest challenges facing our industries and our world today—and creating greater equity and justice will be an important topic throughout the conference in classes, meetups, and activities. • Theater talks—Join Autodesk’s Rita Giacalone and other business leaders for Building a Culture of Inclusion in the Hybrid Workplace, a series of dynamic talks about how to build, develop, and support teams and foster belonging, whether people are working on-site or remotely.

Special sessions with Autodesk’s Employee Resource Groups

Embracing what makes us different, as well as what unites us, helps create a culture of belonging that allows us to do our best work and thrive. Autodesk’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are essential to enabling and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone can feel like they belong. • Latin@s in Design Technology panel hosted by Autodesk Latinx Network, Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
