    <p>Jim is a veteran of the CAD Industry, having started as a 3rd Party Developer for AutoCAD back in 1988. He originated development of AutoCAD Architecture and was an early influencer of ObjectARX. He joined Autodesk in 1997 through the acquisition of Softdesk, Inc. In the past 10 years he has been focused on issues of interoperability and leveraging design data throughout the full project lifecycle. He is currently Chief Software Architect of the Cloud Platform division of Autodesk.</p>
