- Stella XuStella is a data scientist within Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS). She earned a PhD degree in civil and environmental engineering from MIT, and is passionate about data mining and machine learning. She joined the ML Innovation/Construction IQ team in 2018, and started to apply her domain knowledge as well as machine learning skillsets to solve real world challenges in construction. She has been working on several projects and products related to construction quality, safety and project management. Currently, she is building and productizing deep learning models for predicting and minimizing risks for construction projects using cutting-edge natural language processing techniques.
- KSKen StoweKenneth H. Stowe, P. E. is a construction technology expert and development strategist at Autodesk, Inc. With 25 years of experience in construction management and project control on projects as large as $1.4 Billion, eleven years in BIM software, experience on four continents, numerous articles, and contributions to four books, Stowe leads a team at Autodesk responsible for construction business development and strategy initiatives worldwide. With unshakeable conviction in the benefits of BIM and teamwork, Stowe and his team create a unique partnership between Autodesk's product development and industry leaders in the worldwide construction community. - DHDustin HartsuikerDustin Hartsuiker works as the Manager of Technology Solutions for Swinerton Builders where he spends his time researching and implementing new technology and productivity enhancements for their project teams.With 24 years in construction (including experience as a Carpenter and Superintendent) Dustin is able to understand the unique challenges the industry faces and wisely differentiate meaningful improvements from the vast sea of emerging technology.His role in the corporate environment has caused him to focus on big data and the benefits it provides when properly harvested, organized, and evaluated.With a long term goal of improving productivity in construction, Dustin is on a mission to advocate for enterprise programs which can collect, store, and organize the massive amounts of data that hold the secret to unlocking increased productivity in Construction.
