Between 2018 and 2022, he led El Corte Inglés' business-to-external-customer offices (construction, equipment, and supplies) in Peru and Panama. Upon his return to Madrid, for the past 2 years, he has been responsible for the implementation of the BIM methodology in the Real Estate area of the company, while also leading the digitization process of the company's extensive real estate assets package. In parallel, he is involved in the planning, coordination, and financial control of all the renovation projects that the company carries out in its shopping centers throughout the year. He aims to align the transition to BIM in the operations area with the business needs. His next challenge, in which he is already involved, is to promote and implement the use of BIM models for the company's retail needs.
