Learning at AU 2021

Learning

Big ideas. New perspectives. Better workflows. Learning is at the heart of the AU experience. It’s how we turn problems into possibilities during this time of rapid change. Whether you’re focused on improving sustainability, reducing project risk, achieving faster time-to-market, or another goal entirely, learning is how we make today’s challenges the design parameters for the breakthroughs of tomorrow.

You’ll find many ways to learn at AU 2021, the free digital conference kicking off October 5. The global event includes sessions in Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. Experiences may vary slightly by region.

In addition to the General Session and Industry Keynotes, Theater talks, and so much more, AU wouldn’t be AU without classes. You’ll have the following formats to choose from this year:

  • Industry talks showcase groundbreaking projects, ideas, and new approaches.
  • Instructional demos walk you through specific workflows and processes.
  • Panels give you the chance to hear expert perspectives on shared challenges.
  • Product briefings provide a road map of what’s ahead for the tools you use.

In the AU 2021 English-language experience starting October 5, most classes will be scheduled for one hour beginning with a broadcast that is immediately followed by a live Q&A with the speaker.

If you’re a licensed architect in the United States looking to fulfill your yearly continuing education credits requirement, we will offer a number of AIA-approved classes eligible for learning units (LUs). You can build your schedule when the full list of sessions is available—stay tuned for more details.

AU is about helping you transform your processes and your business—what you make and how you make it. And learning is how that happens. Registration for AU 2021 is now open, so save your spot and get ready for the best AU yet.
