Travel Tips for AU 2023
AU 2023 will be the learning event of the year for Design and Make professionals. Where else will you find more than 600 sessions focused on product and industry workflows, innovations in AI and machine learning, sustainability, automation, and more? Where else will you connect with hundreds of service and solution providers, integration partners, and leaders across the Design and Make community?
As if that weren’t enough to draw you in, the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX Las Vegas will take place just after the conference, November 16-18. Here are some travel tips to set you up for success at the conference:
Register for AU 2023 and book your travel and hotel soon
It will be an exciting week in Las Vegas, so don’t wait to get your Full Conference Pass, plan your travel, and book your hotel. Take advantage of our negotiated rates at the Venetian, the Palazzo, the LINQ, and the Mirage—there are still rooms available! Just be sure to reserve through the AU housing system after completing your registration. The Mirage is roughly a six-minute walk from the Venetian, and the LINQ is an eight-minute walk. It’s all close.
If you’re not staying with us, there are still reasonable rates at hotels throughout Las Vegas, though expect prices to increase as November approaches, especially if you want to extend your stay to experience F1 beginning Thursday, November 16.
Leaving town
Due to the race, roads around the Las Vegas strip will close late on Thursday afternoon, starting at 4 PM. Transportation in and out of the conference location will still be possible, but it will take more time and more patience. We encourage you to book your return flight early in the day on Thursday. A limited number of shuttles between the conference venue and the Las Vegas airport will be available. Otherwise, ride sharing is always a good option.
