Module overview

Welcome to Working with Packages Inside Dynamo. You will learn where to search for packages developed by the Dynamo for Civil 3D Community. You will also learn how to install these packages and where to find them in the Dynamo Library. Finally, you will learn how to manage these packages, so they appear every time you open Dynamo from the Civil 3D environment.

This content takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. By the end, you should be able to: 

  • Search the Online Package Repository and identify useful packages 
  • Install and uninstall packages 
  • Manage package paths

This content requires user-level knowledge of Civil 3D and Dynamo and is focused on best practices and its industry applications. If you don't have experience with this product, we recommend you to take foundational training using one of the resources below:
