The first piece we'll look at is the current drawings panel right now.
00:07
It's just our sample file.
00:09
But in order to recreate our drawing just as we see it and use it,
00:13
you would need to include the plot style table, the PC three file,
00:16
the fonts and of course the attached X
00:19
ref
00:19
that's what ET transmit does for you.
00:21
It gathers up everything the file needs and adds them to the transmittal
00:26
below that panel is some size info
00:29
and an add file button along with a notes box and a view report button
00:34
on the right.
00:35
There's a box listing your transmittal setups, a description box for each set up
00:40
and a transmittal setups button.
00:42
Let's add some more files to our transmittal.
00:45
Click the add file button and go to
00:47
the civil drawings folder from your provided dataset,
00:50
select all of the D
00:51
WG files and then click open.
00:54
You'll see the files you selected added to the
00:56
user added files section in the files tree.
00:59
Each will also contain its dependencies. In this case they applied PC three S.
01:04
If you prefer,
01:06
you can also view your list in a table view by clicking on
01:08
the files table tab most people including me prefer the tree view.
01:13
So I'll go back to that
01:15
notice also that everything comes in check if there's something
01:18
that you do not want in your transmittal uncheck,
01:20
it.
