Create, submit, and approve reviews for project files, as well as understand and manage email notifications for the review.

In the Autodesk Construction Cloud, the Reviews tool facilitates and automates the distribution of project files to project members,

Once a project administrator has created an approval workflow,

assigned members can use it to initiate the review and approval of project files.

To initiate a review of project files, begin with your project open in ACC Docs and an approval workflow already created.

In the navigation panel, select Reviews, then click Create review.

In the Add Files dialog, expand your project directory and select the appropriate project files.

expand the Approval workflow drop-down and select a predefined template—in this case, Region Review.

Type a name for the review, then click Submit.

In the Send email notification dialog, confirm the notification settings for reviewers.
