If you encounter unexpected behavior within Desktop Connector,

you can easily generate diagnostic logs to help analyze and address this behavior.

From your system tray, click Desktop Connector.

On the home screen, expand Help & Settings, select Help, and then click Diagnostic Logs.

Desktop Connector maintains logs of its transactions back and forth with the cloud,

including additional information whenever the application encounters challenges.

In the Diagnostic Log Files dialog, you can see the progress as the diagnostic logs are collected.

When all files have been collected, click Open File Location to open the location of the zip file that contains the log data.

Simply submit a support ticket as you normally would and include these diagnostic logs.
