Autocad sheet set manager, not only acts as a built in drawing management system,

but it can also help you keep your project's annotations per your standards.

It does this by linking label and call out blocks to named views

to get started.

We'll need to add these blocks to the sheet set,

right? Click on the top level sheet set object and select properties.

The sheet set properties, dialogue will be displayed

in the sheet set section.

Click on the field next to label block for views.

A small navigation icon will appear to the right of the field,

click it and navigate to the drawing file named

then click OK. In the select block dialogue to save the block to the sheet set.

Let's add our call out blocks. Now

access the navigation box the same way you did for the label block.

The dialogue is different though as you can add

multiple call out blocks to your sheet set,

click on add and navigate to the supply drawing file named call out block up,

select it then click open to dismiss the file selection dialogue.

Then click on. OK, to dismiss the select block dialogue,

repeat the process to add the file named, call out block down.

You should now see both blocks listed in the dialogue.

Click OK? To add them to the sheet set
